Getting started
1. Sign in
Sign in with your email. A teacher account is the same sign-in that you use anywhere else on this platform.
2. Fill in your profile
Choose a page address, the name students will see, the courses you teach and your time zone. The address cannot be changed later, so shared links keep working. Profiles are words only. You can add a short voice clip if you wish.
A person checks your page
Before your words and voice clip show to parents, a person looks at them (a computer may suggest, but a person decides, and the voice clip is only ever listened to by a person). Until then, parents see your name and can book lessons. You will see Awaiting review, Approved or Needs changes on your profile page. Changing your name, courses or voice clip sends it for checking again.
3. Add your weekly times
In the timetable, add each day, start time and length of the lessons you offer. Remove a time whenever your week changes.
4. Share your page
Your page has its own address. Send it to parents. They choose a time, and you see the booking under Bookings in your dashboard.
Your lessons
Lessons stay on your own video link or phone call. This tool does not record lessons and has no video of its own.
