Respecting creators’ work.

Creators must only share work they own or have permission to use. If you think something on Kas D’atay infringes your copyright, tell us and we’ll look into it.

How to report it

Email webmaster@kasdatay.com with: the work you own, the Kas D’atay page and content you believe infringes it, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised, and that the information you’ve given is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

What happens next

We review every notice. Where content infringes someone’s rights, we remove it and let the creator know. Creators who repeatedly infringe may have their pages removed. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you can reply to explain, and we’ll look at it again.
