Kas D’atayBeta

Roadmap

What we’re building.

Kas D’atay is being built in the open. This is what’s done, what’s underway and what’s next. It changes as we learn, so nothing here is a promise with a date on it.

Done

  1. Your own page

kasdatay.com/your-name, with your photo, bio, links and a goal that fills up as support comes in.

  2. Your words on the button

Pour me a cup, Sponsor a lesson, or your own wording. Sadaqah and Zakat wording is kept for verified charities.

  3. Tips that go straight to you

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, paid into your own account. We never hold your money.

  4. Know your supporters

Names, messages and amounts in your dashboard, with a CSV download.

  5. Every page reviewed by a person

Before it goes live, against our content policy. If we ask for changes, you get a clear comment on Home and by email, and can fix the page and send it again.

  6. Approved creators only, every item checked

Only approved creators publish. Every new or edited post, picture, link and sound is held until our team approves it, and the decision is logged. Visitors can report a post or picture, and posting pauses after several items in a row are not approved.

  7. Help centre

Plain answers for creators and supporters.

  8. Monthly support

Supporters can give the same amount every month, and pause or stop any time from their receipt. For tiers and perks, see Memberships.

  9. Your photo on your page

Add a photo or logo; it shows on your page and when your link is shared.

  10. Thank-you messages and receipts

Write your own thank-you. Supporters see it right after paying and get it with their receipt email.

  11. Emails that keep you in the loop

A welcome, your review result, payments connected, and a note each time someone pours you a cup (you choose). Plus tips at each step (with how far your page is set up, and where to put your link), milestones and a monthly recap, which you can switch off.

  12. Import your page

Bring your name, short line, bio, links and photo from Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, Patreon, Gumroad, Liberapay or GitHub Sponsors, check every word, and finish setting up. Your supporters’ details never move. A moving kit then helps you tell your own supporters where to find you.

  13. Memberships

Up to five tiers with their own benefits. Members read members-only posts through their members’ link, can pay monthly or yearly, and can pause for up to three months or tell you why they stop. Insights shows what each tier and each billing cadence brings in.

  14. Membership free trial

Give a tier a 7, 14 or 30 day free trial. New members still enter their card, get an email about 3 days before the first charge, and can cancel any time. One trial per person with each creator, for card memberships only.

  15. Posts and members-only posts

Share updates on your page, publicly or just for members, email them to your members, or schedule a post to go live at a date and time you choose.

  16. Pour a round

Friends, a class or a family chip in together for one creator from a single shared link, and watch the cups add up as each person adds theirs.

  17. WhatsApp Status cards

Ready-made cards to share on WhatsApp Status or Instagram Stories: after supporting, and when a creator hits a milestone like their 100th cup or a completed goal.

  18. The tea table

Regular supporters get a seat at your table: members, monthly supporters and anyone who has poured 3 or more times, seated around a tea tray on your page. Names only, never amounts.

  19. Voice-note thank-yous

Thank supporters with a short voice note or video, recorded from your Supporters list and sent to them by private link.

  20. Ramadan and seasonal goals

Goals for a season, like 30 nights of Ramadan, that fill up night by night. Only support during the season counts, and your page shows each night as it fills.

  21. Eid gifts

Around Eid, supporters can send creators an Eid gift (Eidi) with a special card. The option appears for about a week around each Eid.

  22. PayPal

Supporters can pay for one-off cups with PayPal, straight into the creator’s own PayPal account. Memberships and monthly support through PayPal come later.

  23. Discount codes

Codes that give supporters money off. For memberships: a percentage off the first month.

  24. Creators recommend creators

Show the creators you admire on your page. Up to 6, from Settings → Page.

  25. QR code and printable card

Download a QR code for your page, or print four “Pour me a cup” cards on one A4 sheet, from Promote.

  26. Buttons for your website

A support button (HTML or Markdown) and a widget with your photo and cups, from Buttons & widgets.

  27. Email your supporters

Email your posts to supporters who asked for your updates when they supported you, without paying for a separate email tool. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

  28. Creator stories

A page of real stories from creators and supporters, in their own words and published with their permission. Share yours at kasdatay.com/stories.

  29. Blog

A post for every new feature, what it’s for and how to use it, on the Kas D’atay blog. Tips and creator stories to follow.

  30. Polls

Ask your supporters what you should make next. One open poll on your page at a time; anyone can vote once.

  31. Your own gallery

Show your work on your page with a simple image gallery. Up to 12 images, from Gallery in your creator area.

  32. Webhooks

Get a signed message at your own web address when someone supports you, a payment is refunded or a monthly gift ends, so you can connect your own site or tools like Zapier. From Integrations.

  33. Creator API

Read your supporters, payments and goal progress from your own apps, with keys you create and can switch off any time.

  34. Connect your AI assistant

Let an AI assistant such as Claude see your supporters and goal, and draft thank-you notes, through a secure connection (MCP) you control.

  35. Stream alerts

Show a thank-you on screen when someone pours you a cup during a live stream. Add your private link to OBS or Streamlabs from Promote.

Being built

  1. AI workers can set you up

An AI assistant that works in a web browser can sign you in with the emailed code, fill in your page and fetch the button code for your website, while you confirm each step. Or, on your first sign-in, choose to let an assistant set you up: you make one setup key with a single click, and the assistant finishes your page without asking you each time while you watch the progress. Works with WebMCP-capable browsers and agents that use our API, never by driving the website. It can set your photo or logo and the rest of your page, and tells you what is left for you. After authorising the key you can also download it, with the instructions, as a JSON, Markdown or text file for your assistant. An assistant with no browser can also get its first key itself: we email you a 6-digit code, you give it the code, and it receives a key that lasts 24 hours. If an assistant won’t handle a code, we email you a link instead: you click Approve, and it receives the same 24-hour key. A public guide at kasdatay.com/for-ai shows what an assistant can do and what stays with you.

  2. Several pages on one account

Up to 3 pages on one sign-in, for example one for your classes and one for your podcast. Each page has its own address, review and supporters, and they are not linked in public. Your first page needs to be live before you add another. We are switching it on for a few accounts first.

  3. One payout account for all your pages

With several pages, press Use the same payouts as your other page: all of them get paid into one Stripe account, or one PayPal email, with nothing to type. Each page keeps its own supporters, earnings and fee, and any page can connect a different account later.

  4. Onboard Assistant

A friendly, guided way to set up your page for the first time.

  5. Ready for launch

Legal, security and accessibility checks before the public launch.
