Email your supporters

When someone supports you, they can tick “Email me [your name]’s updates”. It’s off unless they tick it. Only these people can be emailed, and each email has a link to stop your updates.

1. 1Open Posts and write a public post.
2. 2Tick Email it to supporters who asked for my updates. The number shows how many people that is.
3. 3Press Publish (we ask you to confirm, and tell you how many people will be emailed), or choose a date and time under When and press Schedule post. Save as draft keeps it private instead. The emails go out in small batches over the next few minutes once it’s live.

• Members-only posts go to members only, never to other supporters.
• Each post can be emailed to supporters once.
• People who supported you before this option existed haven’t asked for updates, so they aren’t included.
