Emails that help at each step

Setting up a page is easy to start and easy to leave half-finished. Life gets in the way. So we now send a few short emails that help with the one thing that’s missing, and stop as soon as it’s done.

• Your next step, while your page isn’t finished: add your details, connect payments or send it for review.
• Ideas for your first cup, once your page is live.
• A small celebration at 10, 50, 100, 500 and 1,000 cups, and when you reach your goal, with a card to share.
• A recap on the 1st of each month: cups, supporters and how it compares with the month before.

At most one of these every two days. Each one checks where you are before it goes, so you won’t be asked to do something you’ve already done. Pause your page and they stop.

Don’t want them? Untick Tips, reminders and my monthly recap in Settings → Emails & account, or use the link at the bottom of any of them. Emails about your account and payments still arrive.
