Moving from Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, Patreon, Gumroad, Liberapay or GitHub Sponsors
You can use Kas D’atay alongside another platform, or move over completely.
- 1When you first sign in, choose Import my page. We bring over your name, short line, bio, links and photo from the page you have now, and you check every word before anything is used. See Import your page.
- 2Finish the setup steps and connect Stripe or PayPal. Connecting Stripe sets up a new Stripe account for your Kas D’atay page, separate from any Stripe account you already use elsewhere.
- 3Send your page for review.
- 4Once it’s live, update the links in your bio, videos, newsletter and website to your new kasdatay.com address. Your moving kit has ready-made words to tell your supporters, and your button code.
- 5Tell your supporters why you’re moving, in your own words. Our share ideas can help.
Your supporters, your history and your payouts stay on the other platform: we never import supporter data. Monthly supporters on another platform need to start again here; we can’t move their payment details for them.
Have more than one page elsewhere, such as one for your classes and one for your podcast? Several pages on one sign-in is being switched on gradually. When it reaches your account, each page you add can get paid into the same Stripe account or PayPal email as your first page with one press, or its own, and is reviewed on its own. See Several pages on one account.
