Thank a supporter by email, voice note or video

1. 1Open Supporters and choose Send a thank-you next to the supporter.
2. 2Write a few words, or choose Draft it for me if the writing assistant is on.
3. 3To add your voice, choose Record a voice note (up to 2 minutes), or Upload a video from your phone or computer.
4. 4Listen back, then choose Send by email.

Your supporter gets an email with your words and a button to listen or watch. The recording opens on a private page that only people with the link can see. Replies to the email come straight to you.

Your browser will ask to use your microphone the first time. Recordings are kept privately and deleted if you delete your account.

You can send one thank-you per payment. Supporters who paid without giving an email address can’t be thanked this way.
